Use this form to search for External Hot Desk user (EHDU) entries or to identify mapping between external Direct Inward Dialing (DID) numbers and their destination numbers. This form contains:
All EHDU data entries, as well as all DID data configured through the DID Service form. See Call Recognition Service or Direct Inward Dialing (DID) Service for more information.
Allow-List and Deny-List entries configured using the Caller Based Routing Service form. For more information about the Caller Based Routing Service, see Caller Based Routing and Trunk Attributes.
This form can support up to a maximum of 130000 entries.
