Call Recognition Service

Purpose

Use this form to search for External Hot Desk user (EHDU) entries or to identify mapping between external Direct Inward Dialing (DID) numbers and their destination numbers. This form contains:

Find a field named

From the drop-down list, select a field within which to search for a specified value. You can search by Primary Node ID, Digit String 1 (the EHDU directory number OR the destination number for a DID number), or Digit String 2 (the EHDU external PSTN number OR the DID number).

Type the value to search for; up to 7 digits each for PNI, and up to 26 digits for Digit String 1 and 2. Partial values are allowed.

Call Recognition Service

Primary Node Id (PNI)

Shows the Primary Node Identifier for any EHDU or DID entries found.

The PNI represents the cluster element that hosts Digit String 1: destination number for DID entries or internal DN for EHDU entries.

Shows the internal directory number (for any EHDU entries found) OR the destination number (for any DID entries found).

Shows the external (PSTN) number (for any EHDU entries found) OR the external DID number (for any DID entries found).
